When you book with Earth & Sun Co., it's a priority for us to get to know both of you, your story, and what you value most in your wedding experience and film. I love connecting with my couples before checking off all the logistic boxes and making it official AND during the process before your wedding - I make sure to keep you updated along the way and give you all the tips and recs wanted!
In a way it's like dating, I'm getting to know you, you're getting to know me. Knowing the story, the likes and dislikes, helps me create a genuine film with all the personal touches that mean the most to you!
You can expect our cinematic teasers 2 to 4 weeks after your wedding, with all highlight films and other deliverables 4 months from your wedding day.

Celebrate
We understand that panning a wedding can be challenging at times! This is why we want to make THIS part of the process as easy as possible - beyond getting to know each other, about a month before your wedding, you'll recieve a questionnaire asking about your timeline, guests, etc.
Prep
We'll send over a user-friendly proposal (aka you'll actually know what it says) and any additional information you might need to make the decision within 24 hours of our chat! We require a 20% non-refundable retainer and contract signature to book - once that's all set, we'll be doing a happy dance and marking your date on our books!

We have a process to make sure we are selecting THE perfect tracks for your film. Along the way, we'll send over a questionnaire that will contain questions regarding music taste and such. We use that information, the music used on the wedding day, and overall the story of the day to best select tracks that will fit the film.
How do you choose the music in our films?
Yes! We love traveling to new and far places!
Do you travel far for weddings?
We have shot weddings all over New England and have had the awesome privilege to shoot at wedding venues in Texas, Florida, Mexico, Jamaica and more. Sometimes we shoot in certain venues more than others but we still often visit new locations. Here are some of our favorite venues: Belle Mer, The Newport beach house, Ocean Cliff resort, RoseCliff Mansion, and Stonehurst at Hampton Valley.
Have you shot at our venue before?
Heck yeah! We don't charge for Drone Coverage. The only time we can't get the drone up is if the weather is not great, your venue does not allow it, and if it's in a restricted area. We are Part 107 certified and insured!
Is Drone included?
Yes! We can provide your venue with a COI.
